Richard Silver Discusses a Worrying Car Insurance Trend in the Latest Issue of Motor Car Pages

In an increasing number of cases, police traffic officers are stopping vehicles on suspicion of no insurance and wrongly seizing the cars or vans of drivers who later prove to be properly insured.

This is a worrying trend; I’m concerned that by seizing cars and asking questions later, police officers are not only acting as judge and jury, but sometimes getting it wrong.

I was given the opportunity to discuss my thoughts on this subject in the latest issue of Motor Car Pages. In the article I set out my concerns surrounding the issue and explain what you can do to make sure it doesn’t happen to you.
