A SOUTH Yorkshire Police officer has pleaded guilty to drink driving.
The serving traffic officer committed the offence while driving to work in Sheffield.

Appearing before Sheffield Magistrates’ Court, the officer was banned for a year and fined. His ban will be reduced to nine months if he takes part in a drink-drive rehabilitation course.
He is suspended from his role at South Yorkshire Police and now faces a misconduct hearing.
