CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19) PRECAUTIONS FOR VISITORS TO OUR OFFICE
ENTRY/EXIT TO OUR BUILDING:
Please do not visit our office if you have any symptoms of coronavirus (for example a high temperature, a new, continuous cough or a loss or change to your sense of smell or taste) or if you have been advised to self-isolate. We can arrange a telephone or remote video appointment for you instead.
Lloyds House has put in place a one-way system for all visitors and is clearly marked out for 2m social distancing.
Visitors will need to enter the building at the entrance to Number 22 and leave by the exit at Number 18.
There are lifts at both entrance and exit, but only one person should enter the lift at a time.
There are numerous hand sanitizer gel dispensers which you can use, including one just outside our office door and another in our waiting room.
WHILE AT OUR OFFICE:
Face masks, hand sanitizer gel and disposable gloves are available within our office for anyone, including visitors, who wants to use them.
Our staff will be happy to wear face masks and disposable gloves if asked to do so by visitors.
When paying by debit or credit card, clients should please use hand gel before entering their PIN number and may wish to remove their own card receipt from the machine.
In order so far as possible to ensure social distancing, we will only be able to allow one client/visitor in at a time and will ask them to observe social distancing. They may be accompanied by up to one additional person from their household. Any other client/visitor will be asked to wait outside. We will try to avoid overlapping client appointments. Please do not visit the office without an appointment.
TOUCH POINTS:
We will wipe down visitor touch points regularly, especially door handles and card machine buttons after use by clients.
We will be unable to offer visitors refreshments for the time being. Please accept our apologies.
These precautions are designed to ensure the safety and peace of mind of our staff, visitors and the public.
Similar precautions have been put in place for all members of staff.
