We are committed to ensuring the health and safety of our clients and staff and we are following the advice of HM Government and Public Health England in this regard.
We continue to offer a full service during this time, including emergency 24-hour police station call-out and attendance at Courts and police stations if necessary.
Many Court and other systems that we use are now web-based and we are able to work remotely, and securely. We can also offer remote appointments by telephone and Skype.
We are now working remotely from home where possible, but we have robust and tested IT and telephone systems in place to ensure that we can continue to respond quickly and provide a full service to all our clients. Where necessary, incoming emails and phone calls will be diverted automatically.
Clearly the situation is dynamic and we will continue to keep our clients updated with any developments in respect of their cases.
