Our offices are in central Manchester, round the corner to the Town Hall. We are on Lloyd Street, between Albert Square and Deansgate.
Please do not visit our office if you have any symptoms of covid-19/coronavirus, (for example a high temperature, a new, continuous cough or a loss or change to your sense of smell or taste), or if you have been advised to self-isolate. We can arrange a telephone or remote video appointment for you instead.
Our office is wheelchair accessible from Lloyd Street using a lift, although there is a small step between the pavement and the entrance to the building. There is a fully-equipped wheelchair accessible WC on the same floor as our office.
Pay and display parking is available immediately outside on Lloyd Street and on surrounding streets, including Jackson’s Row at the rear of our building. There are many large car parks nearby, including an NCP Car Park at Great Northern Warehouse, on Watson Street, less than 10 minutes’ walk away. There are two dedicated disabled parking bays outside our building.
We are easily accessible to all city centre rail stations, including Manchester Piccadilly, either on foot, by tram or free bus.
The nearest stop is at St Peter’s Square, a few minutes’ walk away, via Albert Square.
Many bus services stop nearby, including Manchester city centre free bus routes 1 and 2.
