A West Sussex toddler who took his family car, a high performance Subaru Impreza, managed to steer out of the driveway and down two embankments before ending up in a pub car park. He fortunately emerged with only minor injuries.
At the age of only three, he will also escape prosecution.
Had he been a bit older, he might have faced prosecution for a long list of possible offences, including taking the car without consent, dangerous driving and no insurance!
