Richard Silver Awarded Specialist Quality Mark Once Again

We’re really proud to announce that Richard Silver Solicitors have again been awarded the important Legal Aid Agency Specialist Quality Mark.

The latest award was achieved following an independent audit by the SQM Delivery Partnership earlier this year. Richard Silver Solicitors have been approved by the Legal Aid Agency and its predecessors to offer specialist criminal defence legal aid services since 1999.

The Specialist Quality Mark (SQM) was introduced in 2002 as a quality assurance & management system for legal aid providers. It demonstrates that law firms are;

• Well managed with established risk control procedures
• Provide good levels of client care and minimum customer complaints
• Have systems in place to ensure delivery of good quality advice.
